Role Summary: Provides professional nursing care in labor and delivery, adhering to state regulations and hospital policies. Utilizes critical thinking to assess patient conditions, plan and evaluate care, monitor progress, and document observations. Delegates tasks appropriately and collaborates with team members to achieve unit goals.
