Maintenance Planner - SME Tetra Tech Services - Nutrition Plant - Casa Grande, AZ

Abbott seeks a Maintenance Planner for its Casa Grande nutrition manufacturing facility. The role involves planning and coordinating maintenance activities, managing work orders and spare parts, and supporting production equipment reliability through documentation and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize work order documentation for calibrations, preventive maintenance, and corrective actions
• Conduct field assessments to determine job scope, materials, labor, and equipment requirements
• Develop job plans, material lists, and safety documentation for maintenance activities
• Coordinate procurement and inventory management of spare parts to minimize downtime
• Review, prioritize, and distribute maintenance work orders across all shifts

Requirements

• Associate's degree in technical field or equivalent trade school experience
• Minimum 2 years of related maintenance planning or technical experience
• Proficiency reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics
• Mathematical skills and understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

Compensation: $29.55–$59.05/hour
