About the Position You will receive extensive training about our products, services and sales process. You will prospect for clients, consult your prospects regarding their needs, and close new client relationships. Our agency provides leads to enhance your success. Networking to build referral partners will be an important part of your sales process and professional development. Property and Casualty Insurance license preferred, but not required. Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales. Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc. Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty. Requirements Qualifications We are looking for engaging people who have a great work ethic and enjoy working as part of a team. Candidates should be goal oriented, with the ability to drive their individual performance while helping the team to succeed. High level sales performance is required. Candidates will be required to demonstrate past sales success. We work to earn clients for life. All of our actions must be driven by a commitment to serve our clients honestly and ethically.
