Job Title: Rapid Response RN Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Emergency Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 13:00 - 01:00 Hours per Shift: 36 Experience: 2+ years License: Valid RN License Certifications: ACLS, PALS, NRP (preferred), TNCC (preferred) Must-Have Skills/Experience: Trauma experience Cardiac experience Ortho experience Description: Founded in 1954 to meet the medical needs of the community. The facility includes an 8-bed Cardiovascular ICU and expanded Cardiac Rehab and Outpatient therapy departments. The location features pre and post cardiac catheterization lab areas for three cardiac catheterization labs. The Emergency Department has 25 beds with a patient ratio of 1:5. Available equipment includes a Tele-med cart, Baxter IV, and Omnicelle EHR system. Triage skills are essential for this role. Common diagnoses and treatments include Cardiac, Respiratory, and Ortho issues. The ideal candidate will be family-oriented and able to work well in a team environment. Prior float experience to ICU, CCU, or MS is preferred. Dress code requires navy or black scrubs, with only hospital t-shirts allowed. Other hospital logos are not permitted.
