Your role will drive revenue growth via joint marketing efforts with existing and new partners in our ecosystem.This role will require working closely with partner, marketing, and sales teams to implement campaign plans with strategic partners. The ideal candidate has solid experience in partner marketing programs and an intuitive understanding of demand generation and product marketing fundamentals. Join us and be part of an exciting journey to build a data platform that powers safe and fair decisions.What you’ll doStrategy: Create strategies to fuel growth across the partner ecosystem, inform partner prioritization and develop joint marketing plans to drive product sign-ups and revenueExecution: Own campaign execution together with partners (i.e. email, webinars, events, in-product activations, paid social, etc.) and identify the budget and resources requiredMessaging:Craft compelling copy used in co-marketing programs in collaboration with partners, product marketing and content teamInnovation: Identify and pilot new initiatives with partners using marketing development funds to maximize pipeline and revenueStakeholders: Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners and collaborate closely with internal teams to integrate partners into the Go-To-Market strategy and campaignsAnalytics: Measure performance and conduct analysis to assess and communicate the performance of co-marketing activities, identifying areas for improvementWhat you bring6+ years of experience in partner marketing in the B2B SaaS space, preferably focused on SMB and Mid-Market segmentsProven track record of creating and executing successful partner marketing programs and building win-win relationships with partnersStrong organizational and strategic thinking skills, the ability to work independently, and the capacity to effectively manage multiple projectsCourage to take the initiative, pilot and evaluate new program typesDeep understanding of the customer journey through and with a partnersExperience in leveraging AI to optimize partner programs and strategyCross-functional leadership and experience driving alignment across different teamsHands-on experience with GTM & digital marketing tools, such as Salesforce, Marketo, Google Analytics, LookerAn A-player mindset with a strong bias for action: you raise the bar, move with urgency, stay resilient through ambiguity, and take ownership to deliver meaningful outcomes.Pay Transparency DisclosureWe use geographic cost of labor as an input to develop ranges for our roles and as such, each location where we hire may have a different range.
