Senior HR Generalist - Manufacturing & People Ops

Maker's Pride, LLC is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR functions at our fast-paced manufacturing facility located in McComb, Ohio. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of HR experience, strong communication skills, and compliance knowledge. Responsibilities include workforce planning, employee relations, recruitment, and policy adherence, while fostering a positive work environment. This full-time position does not offer relocation or sponsorship for work authorization.
