Construction Laborer/ Spotter

Job Summary Innovative Labor and Cleaning Service is looking for construction cleaners and machine spotters. The main duty will be spotting machines and performing various construction labor tasks if asked. The position is located in the Columbus, Ohio area. Responsibilities Spot the lift machine operator to ensure safety when moving equipment. Assist with basic construction cleaning duties. Qualifications Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (standing for long periods, lifting heavy loads up to 40 pounds, etc.). Good hand‑eye coordination. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Commitment to safety rules. Punctuality and dependability. Must be able to pass a 10‑panel drug screen. Hours Monday through Friday, 6:00 am start. Shifts will be either 8 or 10 hours long; you must be able to work both. Salary $20 per hour if no days are missed within the week. If a day is missed, pay will be $17 per hour.
