Fitch’s HR Service Centre team supports activities across the entire employee life‑cycle from hire to retire. This global team plays an important role in ensuring a positive employee experience through all interactions. Fitch operates in more than 30 countries with HR Service Centre team members based in United Kingdom, United States and Singapore catering to all business’s lines within the following regions, APAC, EMEA, North America and Mexico. How You’ll Make an Impact: Execute people transactions across the entire employee lifecycle, including recruiting/onboarding through to off-boarding Be accountable and proactive, ensuring all queries and tasks are resolved accurately and within Service Level Agreement (SLA), escalating where appropriate to the Team Leader. Actual salaries will be determined on an individualized basis and may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, past performance, and other job‑related factors. Base pay is one part of Fitch’s total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, long‑term incentives, and other benefits sponsored by Fitch.
