Services include asset inventorying, transportation, job approvals, repair coordination and tracking, overhaul scheduling, failure analysis, and other equipment related activities. This position will serve as an internal technical expert that will lead and lesion activities between the Services Execution team and Product groups. Additional Information:This position is onsite in Houston, Texas or Midland, TexasThis position does offer relocationThis position does not offerThis position requires 5 days onsiteWhat Will You Do:Directing and documenting information related to asset inventory, repairs, and maintenance to ensure accuracy and completeness; processing through systems and facilities. Responding to operation and engineering inquiries and requests, resolving problems and issues to provide high quality customer service.Provides day-to-day direction to the team and ensures all equipment requirements are met, including process controls, quality, and financial due diligence.Participates in accomplishment of continuous improvement objectives for the department Addressing minor coverage issues and resolving minor complaints. Ensuring all customer communication is clearly documented.Answering inbound customer service inquiries. Providing health analysis or troubleshooting and redirecting them when appropriate.Identifying issues and determining appropriate course of action for effective resolution.
