Client Relationship Manager

Managing client relationships in a fully remote capacity, the full-time Client Relationship Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high satisfaction through effective communication, project management, and collaboration with internal teams. Key responsibilities Lead client meetings to provide updates on project status, system performance, and potential improvements Measure client satisfaction and manage expectations while addressing service agreements and vendor relations Coordinate resolution efforts during major incidents and advocate for client needs in day-to-day operations Required qualifications Minimum 3 years of relevant technical experience preferred Degree or diploma in a related field preferred Knowledge of ITIL standards is preferred Experience with in-person and virtual client meetings required Experience with municipal clients/leaders is a strong asset #J-18808-Ljbffr VC3, Inc.
