Compensation: $80,000–$100,000/year (inclusive of productivity incentives) + up to $10,000 sign-on bonus

We‘re hiring a Physical Therapist (DPT) for our Indian Land, SC outpatient clinic, just minutes from Charlotte, NC. A well-rounded outpatient caseload to grow within, whatever your clinical interests. We build mentorship into the job through Evidence In Motion (EIM), with board certification support as you shape your specialty and your career.

• Perform comprehensive outpatient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver hands-on manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education to support meaningful recovery
• Treat orthopedic conditions alongside vestibular and pelvic health caseloads, depending on your interests
• Track progress using objective outcome measures and adjust care plans to drive real, meaningful results
• Collaborate with a team offering vestibular, pelvic health, and orthopedic specialties

• Licensed Physical Therapist (DPT), or eligible for licensure in South Carolina
• Experience or interest in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy
• CPR and First Aid Certification required
• Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care
