Midway Staffing is hiring dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Record Specialists for a data management and records storage facility in Denver, CO. This position involves handling confidential media and records, scanning and tracking inventory, organizing storage areas, processing orders, and supporting vault operations. Candidates must be comfortable working in a warehouse environment and performing physically demanding tasks throughout the shift.

Location: Denver, CO 80239 Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Pay Rate: $22.01/hr

Please note that this position offers an attendance bonus. Employees who maintain perfect attendance through July 31, 2026, will receive a $500 incentive bonus. Reliable transportation is required.

Warehouse Record Specialists process orders and move boxes of files, books, binders, backup tapes, and other materials throughout the facility. The work is highly physical and requires manual lifting, carrying, and arranging of boxes while standing, walking, stooping, crawling, kneeling, twisting, and bending throughout the workday. Boxes, bins, and totes range in weight from 24 lbs. to over 100 lbs. Employees move materials manually and with the assistance of hand carts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.

Normal work schedule consists of 5 days per week, 9 hours per day, including a 30-minute lunch break and two 15-minute breaks.

Essential Duties

• Process incoming and outgoing orders
• Scan and track media and records using company systems and software
• Operate handheld scanners and inventory tracking systems
• Package tapes, files, and other materials for storage and relocation
• File customer media and containers in designated storage locations
• Organize inventory and storage areas
• Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation
• Read labels and accurately locate materials within the facility
• Load and unload boxes, pallets, and materials manually and with material handling equipment
• Load and shrink-wrap pallets at ground level or on carts
• Assist with vault and warehouse operations while following company procedures

Physical Requirements

• Walk, stand, kneel, squat, stoop, crawl, twist, and bend for extended periods
• Lift, carry, push, pull, and move boxes regularly throughout the shift
• Lift and carry boxes weighing up to 100 lbs. without assistance for prolonged periods
• Work on concrete and uneven surfaces
• Climb and balance on ladders as needed
• Load and safely operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
• Move boxes up and down inclines, stairs, and varying elevations

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous warehouse, records management, inventory, or logistics experience preferred
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling confidential records
• Ability to work in a physically demanding warehouse environment
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to read and write English
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen

Required: Slip-resistant steel-toe or composite-toe work boots/shoes that meet ASTM safety standards.
