Pay compensation: $78,000-$95,000 - Based on experience New graduates are encouraged to apply. Overview: We are seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join a patient-focused outpatient rehabilitation team. The ideal candidate will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, provide evidence-based therapy, monitor patient progress, and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes. Responsibilities: Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide skilled physical therapy services based on physician referrals. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Educate patients and caregivers on treatment and home exercise programs. Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams. Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and rehabilitation support staff as appropriate. Qualifications: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from a CAPTE-accredited program. Current Missouri Physical Therapist license (or eligible for licensure). Current BLS/CPR certification. Strong communication, documentation, and clinical reasoning skills. Experience with EMR systems preferred. Productivity and performance bonus opportunities.
