Head of Commercial Transformation & PMO (MUST HAVE PHARMA EXPERIENCE)

Location: Warren, New Jersey (3 days on site minimum). Salary Range: $260k–$320k. Travel: Up to 20%. Responsibilities: Own the integrated commercial launch plan and PMO governance for interdependent workstreams across Commercial, Medical, Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, Commercial Operations, Sales, and Market Access. Establish/run PMO cadence, governance model, workstream charters, milestone tracking, RAID logs, escalation pathways, and launch readiness review (LRR). Own the commercial launch risk register with named owners, mitigation plans, and fixed‑cadence reporting to the CCO and Commercial Leadership Team. Lead scenario/contingency planning for regulatory timing, supply continuity, and payer access timing. Design and lead organizational change management from pre‑commercial to commercial operating model (communications, training reinforcement, adoption tracking). Manage special projects and represent the CCO in cross‑functional forums where needed. Prepare Board and Executive Committee commercial materials; define narrative/key messages, ensure data consistency, pressure‑test content, and enforce figure/source discipline. Partner with the Commercial Leadership Team: facilitate cadence/off‑sites/quarterly reviews, maintain decision log, track actions to closure. Model/enforce compliance with applicable laws, regulations, FDA guidelines, PhRMA Code, and internal policies. Qualifications (Required): BS in Business/Life Sciences or related field; MBA/advanced degree strongly preferred. 10+ years in pharma/biotech with at least one U.S. product launch in hands‑on execution or PMO leadership; strong commercial strategy/program/project management/consulting experience. Proven experience leading complex, multi‑workstream launch/transformation in a matrixed organization. Demonstrated organizational change management track record. Exceptional executive and Board/Excom presentation skills. Strong judgment, discretion, and credibility as a C‑suite extension. Strong analytical/problem‑solving skills; comfort with ambiguity. Qualifications (Preferred): Management consulting background with pharma/biotech clients. First‑in‑class/specialty biologic launch experience; pediatric/specialty/device‑combination launches. PMP (or equivalent); experience building PMO/transformation functions from scratch in scaling/start‑up environments. Familiarity with allergy/immunology/pediatric specialty markets.
