Location: This position does not support teleworking; you will be located near our Lockheed Martin Space facility in: Littleton CO and be expected to work a flexible 9x80 schedule in the office full-time.What does this role look like?We are looking for a Signal Processing Engineer who has a background in Signal Processing algorithm development. Key activities you will accomplish in this role:As a Signal Processing Engineer, you will: • Design, develop, and verify complex DSP blocks (mixers, re-samplers, channelizers, DUC/DDC, etc.) on embedded processors, ASICs, FPGAs, and Versal/Polarfire SOCs. • Serve as the technical authority for signal processing architecture, ensuring each block meets performance, power, and latency targets while satisfying overall system requirements. • Influence project planning, schedule, cost, and quality through technical risk assessment and mitigation. • Act as the primary technical liaison for multiple programs, translating high level mission needs into concrete signal processing implementations.To be effective in this role, you will need:• Proven experience designing, debugging, and verifying digital signal processing algorithms.• While no clearance is needed to start in this position, you will need to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret clearance, thus US Citizenship is required.Why Lockheed Martin?Our employees play an active role in strengthening the quality of life where we live and work by volunteering more than 850,000 hours annually. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
