Automation Engineer in Denver, CO - 60 percent Travel required

Position type: FulltimeLocation: Denver metropolitan area, COJob RequirementsBachelor’s or technical degree in related field or equivalent work experience.2-4 years of hands-on experience in building and/or industrial automation preferred.Basic knowledge of programming to include Rockwell Automation, and/or Schneider Electric PLC /HMI / SCADA platforms required.Proficient with Python, Java, C/C++and PLC / HMI a plus.CODESYS – based PLC Platforms a plus.AI / MQTT integration with PLCs, HMIs, or IIoT platforms a plus.Proficient in using Fluke digital multimeters, clamp meters, and insulation testers for diagnosing electrical and instrumentation systems.Proficient in trouble shooting instrumentation issues, including signal loss, sensor calibration, and loop integrity verification.Knowledge of automation control loops, field IO, P&ID’s.Knowledge of Mechanical & Electrical Systems (MEP).Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.AutoCAD Electrical experience a plus.Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.50-60% travel may be required.SummaryLocation: Denver, CO, United StatesType: Full TimeExperience: Experienced
