Senior QA Analyst, Privileged Access ManagementRemote, USKeeper is hiring a talented Senior QA Analyst to join our Privileged Access Management (PAM) team, working closely with platform-level integrations that span Keeper Secrets Manager (KSM). Join one of the fastest-growing cybersecurity companies and help ensure the quality, reliability, and security of Keeper's enterprise access management platform.As a Senior QA Analyst focused on Privileged Access Management, you will validate complex workflows that span cloud infrastructure, identity providers, CI/CD systems, and enterprise operating environments. This role emphasizes integration testing, security-focused validation, and system-level quality across PAM and KSM capabilities, rather than isolated feature testing. You will design and execute comprehensive test strategies, analyze system behavior across environments, and collaborate closely with engineering, product, and security teams to ensure Keeper's PAM platform meets high standards for reliability, interoperability, and security.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases for PAM and platform-level KSM integrationsPerform integration testing across cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP), IAM platforms (Okta, Ping Identity, Active Directory), and CI/CD systems (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps)Validate PAM functionality across Windows, Linux, databases, and hybrid infrastructure environmentsIdentify, document, and validate defects, collaborating with engineering and product teams to drive resolutionExecute security-focused validation workflows to ensure expected access controls, policy enforcement, and audit behaviorsPerform reliability, stress, and fault-tolerance testing for PAM services and workflowsAnalyze logs, errors, and system behavior to diagnose failures and identify root causesContribute to automated test coverage in collaboration with engineering teamsRecommend improvements to enhance product usability, resilience, and securityMaintain clear documentation of testing procedures, results, and reproducible stepsStay current with industry trends and best practices in privileged access and secrets managementRequirements5+ years of experience in QA or software testing, including at least 2 years focused on security, PAM, or infrastructure-oriented productsStrong understanding of PAM concepts, secrets management, and enterprise security practicesExperience testing integrations with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD systemsFamiliarity with IAM solutions such as Okta, Ping Identity, or Active DirectoryWorking knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systemsAbility to read and reason about code in languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, Go, or .NET for validation purposesStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skillsAbility to collaborate effectively across engineering, QA, product, and security teamsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent practical experiencePreferred QualificationsExperience with cloud-native or serverless environmentsFamiliarity with secure software development and data protection practicesExperience with scripting languages or test automation frameworksExperience working in Agile development environmentsBenefitsMedical, Dental & Vision (inclusive of domestic partnerships)Employer Paid Life Insurance & Employee/Spouse/Child Supplemental lifeVoluntary Short/Long Term Disability Insurance401K (Roth/Traditional)A generous PTO plan that celebrates your commitment and seniority (including paid Bereavement/Jury Duty, etc)Above market annual bonusesKeeper Security, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer and participant in the U.S. Federal E-Verify program.
