Your Skill Set A genuine love for young children – from walking to 11 years. Ability to work 3-5 shifts per week, including some weekend hours. Commitment to train hard and take direction well and easily. Stage presence; performance comfort is essential. Willingness to clean – maintaining a safe and healthy environment. Effective leadership and motivational skills. Job Details Pay starts at $18 per hour. Average trained staff member earns $20+ per hour. Classes typically run weekdays 9 am–12 pm, evenings 4 pm–8 pm, and weekends 8 am–2 pm (parties 2:30 pm–8 pm). Camp shifts run 8:30 am–3 pm during school breaks.
