We're looking for an experienced insurance sales professional who knows how to prospect, build relationships, uncover customer needs, and close business. What You'll Do

• Prospect through outbound calls, referrals, follow-up, networking, and lead generation
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products
• Sell auto, home, renters, life, health, and other applicable insurance products
• Build, manage, and consistently follow up with a strong sales pipeline
• Develop long-term customer relationships while driving new business
• Meet and exceed monthly sales and activity goals

What We're Looking For

• Prior insurance sales experience is required
• Proven ability to prospect, quote, follow up, and close insurance business
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, accountable, and coachable
• Property & Casualty license preferred or ability to obtain
• Life & Health license preferred or ability to obtain

Please note: This position requires previous insurance sales experience. Candidates without prior insurance sales experience will not be considered for this role.
