Responsibilities
- Provide perioperative nursing care as RNFA, assisting the primary surgeon during surgical procedures.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patients’ perioperative care across pre-, intra-, and post-operative phases.
- Coordinate, manage, and delegate patient care within the perioperative team; promote cooperation among care providers.
- Demonstrate leadership and professionalism in the RNFA role; adhere to facility policies and standards of nursing practice.
- Function under the supervision of the primary operating surgeon and report to the Director of Perioperative Services.
- Maintain patient safety, sterile technique, instrument and equipment readiness, and accurate documentation.

Requirements
- Perioperative nursing experience or RNFA experience preferred
- Ability to work in a perioperative setting and with the surgical team
- Strong communication, leadership, and critical thinking skills
- Willingness to travel and commit to a 13-week assignment in Templeton, CA
- Commitment to patient safety and adherence to professional standards
