Schedule:
1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Fabricator/Welder to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience reading blueprints, fabricating metal products, and operating various fabrication equipment. If you are dependable, safety-conscious, and take pride in producing quality work, we'd like to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
- Manufacture and fabricate finished metal products
- Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
- Measure and verify materials to ensure specifications are met
- Pull and load materials onto trucks
- Operate fabrication equipment safely and efficiently
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Maintain a safe and organized work area
- Report to work on time and ready to contribute
Qualifications:
- Previous welding and metal fabrication experience
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics (building from drawings is a plus)
- Experience with:
- Drill Press & Punch Press
- Rolling and Forming Materials
- Plasma & Torch Cutting
- Shearing Equipment
- Manual Lathe and Drill Press
- Ability to lift materials and perform physical work throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
