Customer Service Representative Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 15.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional assistance.
• Answer incoming calls, emails, and messages promptly.
• Resolve customer questions, complaints, and concerns. Process orders, returns, exchanges, and account updates.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Explain products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Troubleshoot issues and identify appropriate solutions.
• Escalate complex customer concerns to management when necessary. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolution

Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

• 1 year of Customer Service Experience required
• Knowledge of Microsoft outlook, word and excel
• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
