Captain - Executive Aircraft

Position Overview Onsite Pilot-in-Command. Must be U.S. Citizen or authorized to work in the U.S. with no sponsorship required. Security clearance: None/Not required. What You Will Do Perform duties of Pilot-in-Command on RTX flight‑owned or leased aircraft to transport passengers, material, or the aircraft. Maintain situational awareness at all times, exercising good judgment for in‑flight and on‑ground decisions. Safely execute all flights using professional flying and flight‑planning skills in accordance with FAA regulations and RTX Flight policies. Utilize Crew Resource Management skills to ensure all available resources—checklists, instrumentation, other crewmembers, ATC, etc.—are used. Regularly review and maintain a thorough knowledge of aircraft systems, flight procedures, SOPs, FARs, and ICAO regulations. Maintain proficiency in related disciplines such as meteorology required for safe planning and execution. Maintain flight currency requirements at all times. Exercise final authority over the trip to ensure safety of passengers and aircraft. Monitor crewmembers for adherence to established FAA and RTX Flight standards. Offer positive and constructive feedback to associates and coach others to higher performance levels. Participate in and apply learning from company‑sponsored training. Implement and maintain processes within span of control per current ISBAO requirements. Ensure compliance with RTX and Government EH&S and Ethics policies and guidelines. Perform additional tasks and acquire varying responsibilities as appropriate. Work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays based on customer needs. Qualifications You Must Have Airline Transport Pilot Certificate with minimum 3500 flight hours. At least 1000 hours Pilot-in-Command experience in turbine‑powered fixed‑wing multi‑engine aircraft. Technical expertise in assigned aircraft and a demonstrated record of adherence to FAA regulations and company policy. Ability to make consistent, logical, and effective decisions under normal, abnormal, and emergency conditions. Strong cockpit management principles and professional bearing with strong interpersonal skills. Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline. Primary residence within one hour driving distance of assigned base of operations. Ability to travel worldwide without restriction. Eligible to work in the U.S. with no immigration sponsorship needed. Qualifications We Prefer Experience in Corporate / VIP Flight Operations. Experience with advanced flight‑deck avionics and operations in complex airspace and terminal environments. Experience with Falcon 2000EX‑EASy aircraft.
