What you'll do...

• Provide a comprehensive assessment of a patient through the collection, analysis, and synthesis of data used to establish a health status baseline and plan of care, and address changes in a patient's condition.
• Collaborate with the health care team to develop and coordinate a plan of care.
• Develop nursing interventions for the patient's plan of care.
• Implement nursing care through the execution of independent nursing interventions.
• Implement interventions that are delegated, ordered, or prescribed by a licensed health care provider.
• Delegate nursing tasks or assign nursing activities to implement the plan of care.

Job Requirements

• Graduate of accredited professional nursing education program
• Registered Nurse Licensed by the state of Minnesota
• Basic Life Support (BLS) issued by the American Heart Association
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)

CHI St. Joseph's Health of Park Rapids, part of CommonSpirit Health, is an award-winning, 25-bed critical access hospital located in the heart of lake country. Fully accredited by The Joint Commission, we offer a full range of services including 24/7/365 Emergency Department and Level IV Trauma Center, hospitalist program, testing, surgery, orthopedics, rehabilitation, and more so that you can experience better health.
