Learning and Development Manager

Seeking a strategic and innovative Learning & Development Manager, the full-time remote position will manage the design and execution of enterprise-wide learning and talent development strategies, focusing on leadership programs, succession planning, and leveraging learning technologies to enhance organizational effectiveness. Key responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive learning and development strategies aligned with organizational goals Design and facilitate leadership development programs and workshops for various levels of management Lead talent review processes and establish a succession planning framework for key positions Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, Education, or a related discipline; Master's degree preferred Minimum of 8 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or Organizational Development At least 5 years of experience leading enterprise-wide learning and leadership development initiatives Proven experience in designing leadership assessment frameworks and succession planning programs Experience with LinkedIn Learning or similar platforms for creating structured learning pathways
