Property Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a dependable and hands-on person help maintain our campground, facilities, and guest amenities. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of maintenance tasks, takes pride in keeping a property looking its best!

Property Maintenance Technician Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $13.00 to $15.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 04:00pm )
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on campground facilities, buildings, cabins, and common areas.
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and general property maintenance issues.
- Complete preventative maintenance on equipment, utilities, and park amenities to ensure safe operation.
- Operate maintenance equipment, power tools, lawn equipment as needed.
- Assist with site projects, seasonal setup, grounds maintenance, and improvements throughout the campground.
Property Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
- Experience with general building maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and respond quickly to maintenance needs.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment and materials.
- Willingness to work weekends and seasonal schedules as needed in a campground environment.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
