Job Summary
Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Nurse in a medical-surgical ICU unit. This role involves providing comprehensive critical care to trauma, post-surgical, and high-acuity patients, including those post-CABG and post-TAVR. The position requires a dedicated and efficient healthcare professional to support the unit's operations during scheduled days.

Job Details

• Shift Schedule: Days, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 48 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of current hospital ICU experience, with certifications including Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC).
• Preferred Qualifications: Candidates with prior experience traveling to large trauma facilities, TNCC certification, and familiarity with procedures such as chest tubes, central lines, and medication drips will be considered first.
• Additional Information: The unit is equipped with balloon pumps, continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT), hypothermia, and ECMO technology. Staff include experienced RNs, charge nurses, and patient care techs, with a focus on driven, organized, and positive attitude personalities.
