For our North American organization based in Edison, NJ, we are now seeking to expand our team and recruit the following: Customer Service Advocate - Full-Time Summary of Position ERCO is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advocate. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our customers, agency partners, and the markets we serve by delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships. Develop a strong knowledge of the brand’s unique heritage, range of products and distinct product attributes. Prepare and submit customer quotations through the CRM system based on specifications provided by agents and direct accounts. Provide exceptional support to customers by handling pre-sale and post-sale product inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Manage, prioritize, and respond to inbound customer communications and product-related inquiries efficiently. Collaborate with cross-functional team members to ensure accurate, timely, and customer-focused resolutions that exceed expectations. Maintain and manage sales reporting data within CRM systems to ensure accuracy and organization. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders through written and verbal channels in a clear, professional, positive, and courteous manner. Requirements Four-year Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or two-year Associates degree from a vocational college or equivalent work experience. 1-2 years’ work experience in customer service, inside sales, or equivalent. Proficiency with all or some: SAP ERP, CRM software package and Microsoft Teams. For the right candidate we are willing to train. Communication: Clear listening/understanding and ability to give concise well-reasoned responses. Adaptability: Ability to deliver consistent results while remaining flexible between projects. Customer Service: Ability to understand a client’s wishes, apply the company resources for the fulfillment of the client’s project goals. Multitasking: Ability to shift attention from one project to another without losing focus on each project’s end goals. Time Management: Ability to efficiently structure one’s time and effort to achieve the prioritized objectives at hand. Organization: Ability to structure time and resources in a practical and purposeful manner. Collaboration: Ability to work in unison with a wide range of different personalities towards a common goal.
