As we grow, we are looking for a Performance Marketing Strategist to help shape our client success strategies and drive measurable results. About the Role: We are looking to hire a motivated, experienced Sales Executive who has experience confidently working with and selling to customers via phone, great personal organization, and time management skills. You must have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, sales-based role and be able to self-prioritize tasks while quickly assessing which items to focus on as new information becomes available. As a confident decision-maker, you should be deeply motivated by commissions and the potential for upward financial mobility. This is a Full-Time remote role. Compensation: 100K - $130K USD + Total OTE (Base Salary Included) We are looking for a Sales Executive specifically with these requirements: Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. Experience with generating sales and phone-based support within an agency environment. Prior experience selling or implementing marketing services to local businesses. Great organizational and time management skills. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly. Ability to learn our processes and playbooks, and then make them your own. Experience using HubSpot CRM in a marketing services sales environment. Savvy enough to use marketing tools for simple updates (e.g., updating an email message in a sequence). Motivated by commissions and upward financial mobility. Your responsibility will include (but not limited to): Path to a leadership role within the sales team, helping define processes and setting the standard for future hires. Uncapped commissions.
