What You'll Do

Depending on your level of experience, responsibilities may include:

• Manage a civil litigation caseload with partner support

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal analysis

• Take and defend depositions

• Appear in court for hearings, motions, and conferences

• Participate in mediations

• Develop case strategy

• Work with experts

• Prepare matters for trial

• Communicate directly with clients and opposing counsel

Who We're Looking For

• Active California Bar license

• Experienced litigators are encouraged to apply

• Strong legal writing, analytical, and communication skills

• Sound professional judgment

• Ability to manage deadlines and take initiative

• Collaborative and team-oriented approach

• Genuine interest in developing as a litigator

• Experience in general liability, personal injury, insurance defense, construction defect, premises liability, transportation, or trial work is a plus, but not required

• Talented attorneys from other litigation backgrounds who are looking for an opportunity to grow are also encouraged to apply
