Interventional Radiology Tech – Radiology in Kansas City, KS. Start date: 06/14/2026. Length: 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $2,887–$2,984 per week. Shift: 4x10-hour days (Mon–Fri schedule with rotating day off). Travel assignment in a hospital imaging department with a high patient volume. Responsibilities
- Assist interventional radiology procedures as scrub and circulator; maintain sterile technique and patient safety
- Prepare patients and equipment, monitor vital signs, and manage contrast administration under radiologist guidance
- Operate Siemens interventional systems (Artis icono, Artis Q, Artis zee) for single-plane interventions; acquire and optimize imaging
- Position patients, assist with device/table adjustments, and provide post-procedure care and documentation
- Adhere to radiation safety protocols, maintain accurate procedure records, and support workflow in a fast-paced environment
- May float to other IR rooms as needed to support department operations

Requirements
- Active ARRT Radiography license and Kansas State Board of Healing Arts license (needed in hand for submittal)
- Experience: 2 years in Interventional Radiology with scrub experience required; 3 years preferred in a large hospital setting with peripheral and neurovascular procedures
- Ability to work 10-hour day shifts, Monday–Friday; no weekend requirement
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and adhering to sterile technique
- May float to other IR rooms as needed
