Nurse Manager

North Shore Home Health Care

Seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to lead nursing care within a rehabilitation setting. Responsibilities Include Supervising nursing care, treatment, and services on assigned units or shifts. Ensuring completion of patient care activities and proper staffing. Assigning nursing personnel and identifying staff training needs. Providing leadership to promote compassionate, tailored patient care. Celebrating patient progress and outcomes. Qualifications Current RN licensure per state requirements. BLS certification; ACLS and CRRN certifications preferred or obtainable within designated timeframes. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field preferred. Minimum of five years of nursing experience, including two recent years in inpatient hospital settings. Previous leadership experience, such as charge nurse or lead, with responsibilities for staff oversight and accountability. Skills & Attributes Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to guide and support a team in a dynamic environment.
