Lead Loan Processes : Oversee new and refinanced loans, ensuring compliance and delivering outstanding customer service. Address Delinquency : Proactively manage delinquent accounts with urgency. Be a Hands-On Leader : Set the standard for customer service and sales, addressing customer concerns with professionalism. Develop Your Team : You're not just a manager—you're a coach, mentor, and career developer. Work Location: 2918 Court Street, Pekin, IL 61554 Hours : Full Time - Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm with evenings and weekends based on business needs/peak seasons Base Salary: $54,500 - $81,500 annually All full-time employees are eligible for benefits, starting day one: Paid Time Off, Medical, Dental, Vision and other voluntary coverages. You will also be eligible to participate in the company’s 401(K) program with company match, 30 days post hire, starting on the 1st of the month.
