Machine Operator - 2nd Shift

Location: Denver, CO

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Shift: 2nd Shift | Full-Time

We're hiring Machine Operators to join a growing manufacturing team in Denver, CO. This is a great opportunity for mechanically inclined individuals who enjoy working with equipment, troubleshooting issues, and producing high-quality plastic products in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor molding and production equipment
• Perform machine adjustments, changeovers, and basic preventative maintenance
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Complete production and quality documentation
• Operate laser dating and leak detection equipment
• Move materials using pallet jacks, forklifts, and RF scanners
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
• Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, or machine operation experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Experience using hand tools and production equipment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Preferred Qualifications

• Plastic molding or injection molding experience
• Forklift experience
• Food-grade manufacturing experience
• Material handling, packaging, or assembly experience

Work Environment

This position works in a clean, team-oriented manufacturing facility focused on quality, safety, and continuous improvement. Training will be completed on 1st Shift before transitioning to your permanent 2nd Shift schedule.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
