Job Description

Make a meaningful impact this school year as a Speech-Language Pathologist supporting students ages 3 to 12, with occasional high school caseloads as needed. This full-time contract role offers flexibility in start and end times, allowing you to start your day between 7:30 and 8:00 AM and finish by 3:30 or 4:00 PM. The position begins as soon as possible and continues through May 20, 2027, providing long-term stability and the chance to develop lasting relationships with students and staff.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active Speech-Language Pathology license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
  • Previous experience providing speech and language therapy services within a school setting is highly valued
  • Familiarity with a range of communication disorders and successful implementation of evidence-based intervention strategies
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills; able to work effectively with students, teachers, and families
  • Commitment to documentation, progress monitoring, and participation in IEP meetings

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students ages 3–12, with possible inclusion of some high school caseloads
  • Deliver direct therapy services in both individual and group settings to support students’ speech, language, and communication needs
  • Maintain organized records, progress notes, and required documentation for compliance and student progress tracking
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and families to integrate strategies and supports into the classroom
  • Participate in planning and IEP meetings, sharing expertise to help shape student success
