Key Responsibilities:

- Assist customers with their orders, providing knowledgeable and friendly service

- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently

- Lift and handle items weighing up to 100 pounds safely and with proper technique

- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment

- Utilize forklift equipment to move and organize inventory as needed

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and storage areas

- Support inventory management and restocking efforts

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in agriculture and retail environments

- Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting

- Experience operating forklifts and other material handling equipment

- Ability to lift heavy items up to 100 pounds safely

- Strong customer service skills and a professional attitude

- Knowledge of safety rules and procedures related to lifting and equipment operation

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
