Full Charge Bookkeeper

We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to provide daily accounting support within a small but tenured and growing organization. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting experience to include AP, AR, month end close, general ledger and reconciliation skills within Sage50. Willingness to help with office management and minimal HR duties required. $65000 to 80000 per year , depending upon experience. Key Responsibilities Process all accounts payable (500+ per month) Process all accounts receivable, project based and lower volume Lead general ledger work, reconciliations and month end close Prepare financial information for leadership Order office supplies and be the point of contact for internal office needs Support HR through benefits and 401k questions Process payroll for 20+ employees Required Qualifications Strong background in full charge Bookkeeping Experience in Sage (any version) Strong MS Office, including Excel Willingness to work in manufacturing environment Preferred Qualifications Experience in Sage50 Combined experience in Bookkeeping, HR and Office Management #J-18808-Ljbffr Pinnacle Partners, Inc
