This role handles personnel action forms (PAFs), HRIS data entry and verification, employment verifications, benefits orientation, payroll and benefits billing coordination, OSHA and workers’ compensation reporting, and compensation and benefits surveys. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are required, along with dependability, professionalism, and a commitment to safety and compliance. Candidates should have working knowledge of HR principles and practices, strong computer skills, and experience using an HRIS system is required. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management or related field with 3–5 years of HR experience, 7 years of HR generalist experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
