PROJECT SCHEDULER

Duties

Provide technical expertise and assistance to project managers, program analysts, and others in the development and maintenance of project schedule and budgetary data.

Develop and maintain project schedule and budgetary data in the Project Management Information System suite of programs (Primavera P6 scheduling and resourcing software).

Ensure all projects are identified and entered in the Primavera P6 scheduling and resourcing software systems, and its data components are complete and accurate.

Review project progress by use of progress reports, baseline comparisons, and other tools to identify performance variations in cost and schedules, and assist project managers in understanding and resolving these variations.

Assist in setting up schedules and budgets to allow for the proper interface and data transfer between systems, such as Corps of Engineers Financial Management System (CEFMS).
