Billing Specialist

Location: Norwood, OH | Pay: $24-$30/hour Schedule: Monday-Friday, onsite Vaco is seeking an experienced Billing Specialist for an immediate onsite opportunity in Norwood, OH. This role will support billing across multiple entities and requires a detail-oriented, proactive professional who can independently research discrepancies and maintain accurate billing records. Responsibilities Prepare and process customer invoices across multiple entities and projects. Research and resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries. Support accounts receivable, reconciliations, and month-end close. Utilize ComputerEase or a similar ERP system to manage billing. Maintain accurate records and collaborate with the accounting team. Schedule: Monday-Friday, onsite Systems: ComputerEase ERP; Microsoft Excel; Outlook.
