JEP Manufacturing is a fast-growing precision CNC machine shop in the Houston area. We're expanding due to increased contract volume and looking for skilled machinists who want to grow with us.
Compensation

What We're Looking For
- Hands-on Mori Seiki NT Series experience and Horizontal 5-Axis milling experience
- Multi-axis turning & milling setup and operation
- Blueprint reading and GD&T proficiency
- Familiarity with Fanuc controls
- Experience with precision metrology (mics, calipers, bore gauges)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience working in ISO9001 or AS9100 certified environment
What You'll Do
- Operate Mori Seiki NT Series multi-tasking machines and Kitamura Horizontal and Vertical Mills
- Run multi-axis turning and milling operations
- Read blueprints and GD&T callouts
- Perform in-process inspection and dimensional verification
- Adjust tooling offsets to maintain tight tolerances
- Maintain AS9100 standards and contribute to shop floor efficiency
