Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program Counselor

Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program Counselor at Temah Healthcare Services Position Overview The PRP Counselor provides psychiatric rehabilitation services to clients with mental health diagnoses. Services focus on skill-building, community integration, treatment planning, and promoting independence and stability. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field 1+ year experience in behavioral health (preferred) Knowledge of PRP documentation requirements Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation Ability to work independently in community settings Key Responsibilities Conduct assessments and develop Individual Rehabilitation Plans (IRPs) Provide community-based skill-building sessions Maintain timely and compliant documentation Collaborate with therapists, psychiatrists, and case managers Assist clients with employment, education, and daily living skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Temah Healthcare Services
