Job Responsibilities:

• Facilitates our onboarding processes with new hires

• Assist with appointment setup and scheduling via Outlook and Zoom

• Places orders for background checks

• Uses E-Verify system to check work authorization

• Assemble personnel folders and disseminate documents via DocuSign

• May assist with filing, printing, and other administrative support tasks as needed

• Interacts with new hires, welcomes them aboard, provides facility tours, etc., answers routine questions

• Provides recruiting support

• Coordinates interview schedules and maintains applicant tracking systems

• Maintains verification of licensure and CPR on outside personnel

• Inputs required data into the staffing office computer systems

• Interacts with nursing management, staff, and public in an efficient and courteous manner

• Other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

• Demonstrates effective written and oral communication skills with team members and managers

• Demonstrates sound judgment in resolving routine matters

• Demonstrates ability to effectively use HR systems and software programs such as SAP, BrassRing, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Consistently demonstrates the ability to evaluate and appropriately address privacy and confidentiality concerns when dealing with others (or associates outside the department or group)

• Demonstrates ability to collaborate and work effectively as part of a team

• Demonstrates ability to prioritize assigned work and complete in a timely manner

Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
