The TL;DR Role: Early Career Type: Full-time Location: Hybrid (Columbus/Dayton OH, Atlanta GA, Richmond IN offices) Mission: To gain a well‑rounded foundation in public accounting by contributing to tax compliance and audit engagements for diverse clients. What You’ll Actually Do Tax Return Preparation: Prepare partnership, S corporation, and individual tax returns for clients. Tax Planning Support: Assist with tax projections and calculations for estimated payments. Audit Engagement Support: Support and participate in audit and review procedures. Workpaper Documentation: Prepare and document workpapers following established firm standards. Financial Data Analysis: Analyze financial data and assist with internal control testing. The Must-Haves Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, with foundational knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting. Experience: Early career professional actively pursuing CPA certification. Skills: Strong analytical and communication skills, effective time management and organizational skills, and a commitment to teamwork and professional growth.
