At Reformed Marketing, we’re looking for a driven and enthusiastic Retail Brand Specialist to join our team. This is a hands‑on, on‑site position that offers valuable experience in marketing, sales, customer relations, and brand development. You’ll work closely with our marketing and sales teams to build brand awareness, engage with customers, and help drive business growth through in-store retail campaigns and customer interactions within our partnered retail locations. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute retail campaigns that increase customer engagement and support sales growth. Represent our clients and their brands in a professional, positive, and engaging manner. Interact directly with customers in retail environments to increase brand awareness and generate sales. Build and maintain positive customer relationships while identifying individual customer needs. Educate customers on products and services while clearly communicating key features and benefits. Attend client and product training sessions to develop strong product knowledge. Identify sales opportunities and consistently work toward meeting or exceeding performance goals. Maintain a professional presence while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Collaborate with team members to support successful campaigns and overall business growth. Qualifications Preferred but not required: 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, retail, or a related field. High School Diploma or GED required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer-service skills. Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively. Team-oriented mindset with a positive and proactive attitude. Leadership potential and a desire for career growth. Reliable, adaptable, and motivated to deliver results.
