Utilize factory diagnostic equipment and repair procedures. Complete comprehensive digital vehicle inspections. Clearly communicate repair recommendations with service advisors. Perform warranty and customer-pay repairs efficiently and accurately. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Mentor and assist fellow technicians when appropriate. Continuously develop your technical skills through factory and ongoing training. What We’re Looking For Minimum five years of automotive repair experience. Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting abilities. ASE certifications are a plus. Audi, Volkswagen, or other European brand experience is preferred but not required. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Personal technician tools.
