DISHWASHER RESPONSIBILITIES Provide support by ensuring all dishes are properly washed, sanitized, and ready to be stocked on the floor with minimal breakage. Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen floor and remove trash from the kitchen and restrooms. Complete any beginning or closing shift duties as directed by management. DISHWASHER REQUIREMENTS Must be able to transport objects up to 50 lbs. Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Must work at a quick pace. Must have full‑time availability and be able to work weekends and holidays. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Pay range starts at $16.90 and goes up to $19.90, depending on relevant work experience. Full‑time, hourly team members receive medical, dental, and vision insurance on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Company‑paid life insurance and short‑term disability are provided where allowed. Comprehensive voluntary benefits package includes critical illness, hospital indemnity, accident coverage, permanent life, and pet insurance. Part‑time team members are offered a Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) health plan in addition to dental, vision, short‑term disability, and life insurance. Part‑time coverage for these plans can start as early as the first of the month following hire date. Part‑time members may also enroll in voluntary benefits, including pet insurance, legal, and ID protection.
