Primary responsibilities include the following:

• Inspect, diagnose and perform mechanical repairs
• Industrial and fabrication repairs
• adjusting and replacing brakes, suspensions, alignments
• Basic steel and aluminum welding
• Request parts necessary to complete work tickets
• Complete paperwork and documentation for repairs and inspections (per DOT requirements)

Skills and Qualifications:

• Must be mechanically inclined
• Team player
• Commitment to listen and follow instructions; deadline and detail oriented
• Must be able to work outside in all types of weather
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, and climb on or under trailers
• Lift up to 75 lbs intermittently, and carry up to 60 lbs on occasion
• Strong work ethic
• High School Diploma or GED
• Candidates must have a basic set of tools and toolbox

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
