Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Base pay range $20.00/hr - $32.00/hr Additional compensation types Commission Group Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance for employee and dependents, with company currently contributing 100% towards base HMO or PPO coverage, with additional options available for expanded coverage and dependent care. Health Savings Account, Short-Term and Long-Term disability options Paid time off, accrued paid sick days and time off to devote to your favourite charity Paid Holidays, including the day after Thanksgiving 401K retirement program with company contribution matching Access to our Employee Assistance Program Key Responsibilities : Meet or exceed individual organic growth and retention objectives in line with company goals. Develop and strengthen client, carrier, and vendor relationships to achieve long-term partnerships. Present coverage options and cross sell all lines of business written by Inszone. Manage book of business and meet with account management team regularly providing mentorship. Work collaboratively with other producers, account managers, marketing, and other internal teams to develop marketing strategies. Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree, RPLU, CPCU, ARM designation, or other relevant experience. Three or more years of experience in Medical Professional Liability Insurance in support of a retail agent or wholesaler broker REQUIRED. Proven track record of meeting or exceeded goals. Proficiency with customer relationships management software, such as EPIC or similar platform. Property and Casualty agency license. Ability to work independently and with some direct oversight. Location: Fully Remote; office in Scottsdale Arizona for local candidate that prefer an in-office or hybrid setting. Position Overview : As a Professional Liability Insurance Account Manager, you will support the build and maintaining of a book of business. This involves setting new and renewal business strategies, overseeing policy placement and servicing in line with the company’s customer centric approach.
