Job Description

This role focuses on relabeling wiper blade boxes and handling related packaging tasks in a warehouse environment. You will work on your feet for the full shift, use basic warehouse tools, and ensure all items are labeled accurately and handled with care.

Responsibilities

• Relabel boxes accurately according to provided instructions and standards.
• Use RF scanners to scan, track, and update inventory as items move through the packaging process.
• Pick and pack orders efficiently while maintaining high attention to detail.
• Operate or use pallet jacks to move materials and products safely within the facility.
• Walk, stand, bend, and lift throughout an 8-hour shift to complete packaging and labeling tasks.
• Follow written and verbal instructions in English to complete daily assignments correctly.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to support safe and efficient operations.
• Assist with basic inventory activities such as counting, staging, and organizing products.
• Comply with all safety guidelines and warehouse procedures during all tasks.

Work Environment

This position operates in a climate-controlled warehouse environment located in Inver Grove Heights, MN. The schedule typically runs from 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with the first day starting at 8:00 a.m. You will spend most of the shift on your feet, walking, standing, bending, and lifting while performing packaging and labeling tasks. The work involves using RF scanners, pallet jacks, and other basic warehouse tools in a clean, organized setting designed for efficient and safe operations.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eagan, MN.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Eagan,MN.
